For custom tours, we can reschedule or refund the entire balance up to 30 days before the tour and up to 21 days for daily tours.

You will recieve your pick up information email by 7pm the day before your tour.

Non drinkers will be offered non alcoholic drinks or we can base the pricing without the non drinkers and they can contribute the transportation portion to the group. Tours/experiences cannot be discounted, but non alcoholic drinks will be offered.

If you do not have your accommodations booked yet, please put TBD in the accommodations section when booking. When you do have your pick up address confirmed, please respond to your confirmation email with the address.

We ask that guests do not consume food or beverages in the vehicle as we would like to avoid any potential allergens, smells, spills and mess for all guests.

For Daily Tours, we start pick ups in Niagara Falls the hour before the start of the tour and start pick ups in Niagara-on-the-Lake about a half hour before the tour time (please see Daily Tours for more details)

Tours are anywhere from 4-6 hours plus time for pickup and drop offs.

Yes, if available. We promote our premium partners as we know what the experience will be like for our guests as we have curated them from our own experiences. Non partner locations are an option but we cannot speak to what the experience will be like.

Please dress for the weather! Some experiences may be outdoors and there will be short walks from the vehicle into the chosen locations.

We run rain or shine! Umbrellas will be provided if needed.

Each location will provide 3-4 samples per person. Sample sizes depend on the type of drink being sampled.

To participate in drinking on tours, guests must be at least 19 years of age. Guests below 19 years of age can join our tours and will receive non-alcoholic beverages. If a guest requires a car seat, this is the responsibility of the guardian and will need to be provided and installed by the guardian.

We pick up at any accommodations in Niagara Falls or Niagara-on-the-Lake. For Custom Tours, we may be able to accommodate out of area pick ups.

Custom tour groups are welcome to choose their own music.

Yes! We allocate time at the end of your tastings/tours to browse our partners gift shops and encourage guests to purchase items they enjoyed during their experience.

Please note that gratuities are not included in our daily tour pricing. If you would like to tip your guide(s) it is greatly appreciated!
